Dijon: A Great Win and Rise in the Standings

French soccer team Dijon had a brilliant start to the season with a 2 to 1 win over Nîmes in last Saturday’s home match. After gaining 8 points in 4 games, they climbed to third place in the Ligue 2 standings.

Their next challenge? An away match against FC Metz on Saturday, August 27.

Cheddira Scores Again! 

Walid Cheddira, a striker for the Bari soccer team, shows why he’s one of the best by scoring his sixth goal of the season in the Serie B and Italian Cup competitions.

Women’s Champions League News

Juventus Women’s goalkeeper Roberta Aprile (wearing Solista 100 IV Gravity by Lotto) and striker Paloma Lázaro of the Roma Women’s team (wearing Solista 200 IV Gravity by Lotto) have entered the Champions League preliminaries with their respective teams. The draw is on Thursday, September 1.

Aprile kept the sheet clean in a decisive victory against Racing, while Lázaro contributed with a goal in a 3-1 win against Glasgow City.

Tennis Superstar Ons Jabeur Interviewed by Fox 5 NY
