LottoSports.com will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise within 30 days of receiving the order (some exclusions apply, see below).

LottoSports.com will credit you for returns, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment.

The return processing fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to your credit card if a prepaid label is printed and used. The credit will be applied once returned merchandise is received and inspected. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE. If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Returns not accepted:

Final Sale and Clearance merchandise may not be returned nor be exchanged. LottoSports.com does not accept returns from 3rd party retailers or marketplaces except for (Lotto Sports operates Facebook and Instagram Shop accounts).

Warranties Provided by DICK’S Sporting Goods:

DICK’S offers a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty for Lotto Sport products, if purchased. LottoSports.com is not responsible for replacing products under warranty if purchased from DICK'S Sporting Goods.
