The LOTTO x Greenberg’s Bagels Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is subject to these Official Rules except as expressly stated otherwise. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. The Giveaway is sponsored by WHP Global, 530 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10036 (the “Sponsor”). Greenberg’s Bagels is not a sponsor of the Giveaway. The Giveaway is in no part sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the start of the Giveaway Period (“Entrants”). Employees of WHP Global, LOTTO, Greenberg’s Bagels, their respective affiliates, Giveaway supervisors, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on September 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 6, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

3. How to Enter the Giveaway: To enter the Giveaway, Entrants must locate the designated Giveaway post on @lottosportus’ Instagram account during the Giveaway Period and complete all of the following:

• Follow @lottosportus and @greenbergsbagels on Instagram;
• Like the designated Giveaway post; and
• Tag a friend in the comments of the designated Giveaway post.

Entrants may receive one (1) additional entry (“Double Entry”) by visiting Greenberg’s Bagels BedStuy location during the promotion period, purchasing or ordering The LOTTO Special, and sharing their experience on their Instagram Story or feed while tagging both @lottosportus and @greenbergsbagels.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Visiting the LOTTO x Greenberg's activation is the only method of obtaining the additional entry.

4. Entry Conditions: Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 6, 2026, according to Sponsor’s time clock. Any entries received after that time will not be considered. Incomplete, garbled, corrupted, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant entries are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

One (1) entry per natural person through the standard entry method is permitted. Entrants may receive no more than one (1) additional entry through the Double Entry method described above. Regardless of the number of Instagram accounts owned or controlled by an Entrant, no person may receive more than the maximum number of permitted entries. Persons discovered entering under multiple identities or using multiple Instagram accounts to circumvent these Official Rules will be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify false, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter.

5. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification of Selected Entrant: On or about September 7, 2026, Sponsor, or a representative of Sponsor, will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all qualified entries received during the Giveaway Period (“Selected Entrant”).

The Selected Entrant will be contacted by Sponsor via Instagram direct message using the Instagram account associated with the winning entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential prize winner notification that is lost, intercepted, not received, or otherwise inaccessible for any reason.

The Selected Entrant will have seventy-two (72) hours from the time of notification to respond. If the Selected Entrant does not respond within the required period, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner, up to one (1) time, from among the remaining eligible entries.

Selected Entrant may also be sent a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release (“Release”). Unless restricted by law, if the Release is sent, Selected Entrant will be required to complete and return the Release within five (5) days from the date of initial response.

An alternate Selected Entrant may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a Selected Entrant: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to timely complete and return any required Release; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason.

The prize will be shipped by U.S. Mail or another carrier selected by Sponsor. The prize will only be shipped within the continental United States to the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected, or left by the carrier at the delivery location.

7. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) LOTTO gift bag containing limited-edition LOTTO items. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize will be the retail value of the items contained in the gift bag as determined by Sponsor.

8. Prize Conditions: No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with another prize of equal or greater value should any advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Selected Entrant cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person.

Selected Entrant is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. If prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, or if Selected Entrant may not accept or receive a prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded or may be donated, at Sponsor’s option.

9. Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, and except where prohibited by law, each Entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor and its respective successors, assigns, and licensees the right to use such Entrant’s name (first name, last initial), along with location information (city and state), in any and all media for commercial, advertising, promotional, or publicity purposes, as well as in, on, or in connection with the Giveaway or other promotions, without further notice, permission, or compensation, and hereby releases Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto.

10. General Conditions: By participating, and except where prohibited, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; violating these Official Rules; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; attempting to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway; or attempting to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

Entrants may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot, script, or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries permitted under these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages, including attorneys’ fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitations of Liability: If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the same Giveaway, if possible.

Except where prohibited, Entrants and Selected Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, LOTTO, Greenberg’s Bagels, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys’ fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, or participation in any activity related to the Giveaway.

The Releasees shall not be liable for: (a) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled, or unintelligible entries or communications, regardless of the method of transmission; (b) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays, or transmission errors; (c) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entry materials; (d) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or participation in the Giveaway; or (e) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes series. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Releasees are not responsible for computer malfunctions, network connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in your internet service, and for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged or stolen notifications. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to pandemic (including Covid-19), fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of G-d or public enemy, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.  If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 12.  Disputes: Disputes regarding these Official Rules and/or this Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of New York. Decisions of Sponsor are binding and final. No claimant in any dispute involving Sponsor shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
